It’s time to shop!
“Help, where should I start?”. Keep reading to learn some great Sawgrass shopping tips from one our most experienced shoppers.
Sawgrass Mall is so big that it’s sometimes hard to know where to begin. So, here are some shopping tips to get you started. There a few large discount department stores within the mall which offer many different brands all in the same location. Prices are often reduced by up to 90%. Start off by checking out Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or Burlington Coat Factory to find your favorite brands heavily discounted.
Trust us, this may take a few hours and before you know it, it’s time for lunch. There are numerous restaurants and cafe’s scattered throughout the mall. Some student favorites are Chicken Connection in the west-end food court or the more vegetarian friendly Garden Food Court in the east-end of the mall. If you’re just feeling like a cup of coffee, stop at Starbucks to recharge yourself.
Most of the serious shopping takes place after lunch, of course. Finished with the discount superstores you need to get the specialty items that you came here for. Here are some of our top picks for your specialty items:
- Armani Exchange
- Banana Republic
- Hugo Boss
- Michael Kors
- Victoria’s Secret
- and hundreds more!

Dining at Sawgrass Mills
It’s not all about shopping for clothing and materials at Sawgrass. Some people come just for the food! With dozens of options to choose from, ranging from burgers to bok choy, and everything in between, Sawgrass Mills will satisfy any craving you may have. With multiple food courts offering walk-up service and hot meals, you can’t go wrong. Not all food options are “fast food” at Sawgrass, though. Outside of the food court, you will find nearly a dozen dine-in restaurants with wait service. You have popular restaurants like the Rainforest Cafe, Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Changs China Bistro, and Johnny Rockets! Find a delicious meal, also at a very reasonable price. We promise, you don’t have to leave hungry if you don’t want to!
With so much to choose from, Sawgrass Mills can make anyone’s head spin. Our students always return to school with stories of their adventures of Sawgrass. Whether they ran out of time or didn’t have enough hands to carry their purchases, it’s always fun to share.
