IELTS modules
Tests are held using a computer in our facilities. Available test dates may vary based on scheduling and availability.
Assesses whether your degree of English language proficiency is appropriate for an academic environment. The test reflects aspects of educational language and measures whether you have the required English language ability to study successfully in an English-speaking environment. It is also used to request or renew a professional license.
Assesses the candidate’s English language level to function effectively in everyday situations. The questions in the test relate to both the working environment and social circumstances.

What is the IELTS test?
The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is designed to help you work, study or migrate to a country where English is the native language. This includes countries such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and USA.
Your ability to listen, read, write and speak in English will be assessed during the test.
IELTS is jointly owned by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge Assessment English.

To view upcoming test dates and availability for IELTS, register online. To complete your registration, you will need a photo or scanned copy of your identification and a credit or debit card to complete payment for your test. IELTS considers only the following as a valid form of identification:
For IELTS on Computer, we accept Passport, US Passport Card, US Permanent Resident Card or US Employment Authorization Card.

Transfers and cancellations
All requests to change your test date must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Transfers for Standard IELTS on Paper or Computer, within the time limits outlined in our terms and conditions, require proof of a valid emergency as specified.

Transfer or cancellation requests cannot be accepted by phone.
IELTS on Computer
- Transfer Fee up to 3 weeks prior to test date: $28
- Transfer Fee with less than 3 weeks to test date: $63
- Cancellation Fee up to 3 weeks prior to test date: $63
- No cancellations accepted within 3 weeks of the test date.
Once results are ready, you will receive a notification email. You can access your results in your Test Taker Portal anytime during their 2-year validity.
Results for IELTS on Computer are available within 1–5 days.
IELTS on Computer test takers will no longer receive a paper copy of the Test Report Form. An electronic version of the Test Report Form is available on your Test Taker portal.
Extra hard copies will have a cost of $15.
Note: Test centers are not permitted to give results out over the phone or by email.
Sharing your results
Test takers can add organizations to receive their results through the “Receiving Organizations” tab in their test taker portal. This can be done anytime during the 2-year validity of your scores.
If the organization is registered for online results, they will automatically have access to scores via a Verification Platform once scores are released. Organizations can be added before or after the test or within 2 years after the test.
If an organization is not registered for online results, we will be notified to send a hard copy via USPS, which will arrive in 7-10 days. Express delivery in the USA is available for an additional $10; international express rates are assessed on a case-by-case basis. You can add up to 5 organizations receiving paper TRFs free of cost.
Enquiry on Results
If you are not happy with your result, you can request a review of your score(s) through a service called an Enquiry on Results (EOR).
During the review process:
- Test papers are re-marked by senior Examiners/Markers, who are not aware of the original marks awarded for each of the test sections (Listening, Reading, Writing or Speaking).
- Your test center is then notified of the re-mark result and if the mark has changed, they issue a new Test Report Form (TRF).
The request for a re-mark must be made at your test center within six weeks of the date shown on your TRF. You may ask to re-mark the whole test or any sections (Listening, Reading, Writing or Speaking).
You must pay an Enquiry on Results fee, which is fully refunded if your band score changes:
- IELTS on Computer EOR fee: $142
In order to request an EOR, please go to your candidate portal to make the request under the results tab go to “Request a Remark”
Your result can become available on the same day as your application and up to 21 days after your application. The time it takes depends on several factors, including the number of sections you’ve asked us to re-mark.
If you have not received a response after 21 days, please contact our test center.

Transportation
LANGUAGE ON, Brickell is located in the heart of the Brickell district in Miami. Our office is conveniently situated approximately three blocks from Brickell Station, which provides access to both the Orange and Green Metrorail Lines.
The Orange Line offers a direct connection to Miami International Airport, making transportation to the center convenient for candidates traveling from outside the area.
Parking
At this time, the building does not offer parking facilities for short-term visitors or test takers.
Parking in the Brickell area is limited and generally paid. Available options include:
- Street parking (commonly through the PayByPhone app)
- Public parking garages
- Private parking lots
Public parking garages are available near the school on 12th Street and 12th Terrace. Candidates are encouraged to plan accordingly and allow additional time before their test.
